Cardio for weight loss/fat burn

What is the best type of cardio I could do to lower my body fat percenage? I have a stress fracture in on my tibia so running or anything high impact is off limits. I have access to a pool, ellipical, bike, weights, and a dance sudio.

To be honest, I'd mix swimming with weight lifting. Swimming is one of the best overall body workouts for cardio and if you start lifting you'll start shaping your body as well. Look up weight lifting for women in google and get some ideas, depending on the weights you have.0
