Motivation for High Calorie Diet (Muscle Mass)

From my profile thread today: I decided not to lose weight. I'm 5'6" and I have weighed 100lbs-110 pounds for 14 years of marriage because my spouse didn't like "fat" girls. I weighed 135 when I gave birth and weighed what I weigh now after giving birth-so I've been bummed about that. However, instead of focusing on a scale number-I have decided to move to a high calorie diet (I am much healthier on it) and build muscle that will slowly burn the extra fat I have-I don't have but maybe 2-5 lbs that is holding me back. I have no endurance or strength these days and have to modify my workouts to low impact and I fall down a lot in weight bearing pilates. So-if any of you feel weak and are tired of looking at scales-maybe it is time to eat and burn hard (on a high calorie diet) for muscle mass. Have a great day today!
