The holidays are over and I am very disappointed with myself and my lack of self control. This time I hope to find a support partner in the Middle GA area who understands the culinary culture (fried food) in this area. I now understand support must be provided by a partner experiencing the same obstacles. So I will be looking for that middle GA diet partner.
