help me please???!!

okay so im 15, 5'2 and i weigh 104 lbs. i competitively swim 6 days a week for 2 and 1/2 hrs each time. i really want to loose some weight cause, well im always half naked and around people who are much skinnier than me and i just want to feel confident about my body. im actually pretty good (#3 in the us for the 1650 for my age) but when people look at me they say i dont "look like a swimmer" im short, muscular and all the fat i have is not porportioned well at all. my mom really restricts my eating but when i do get the choice to eat alone, i binge. i always eat untill i feel like my stomach is about to explode. (ie. im on break and my mom is at work and i went to the store and bought 3 boxes of double stuff oreos and hid in my room and ate them all in that afternoon) yeah its pretty bad :/ and my mom really moniters my weight and she thinks im skinny cause shes on the verge of overweight but i need some tips on losing weight! i feel like i cant really excersice much more, and if i went bulimec/ana my mom would notice and like kill me. i just feel hopeless when it comes to losing weight :( any tips?!

    Speak with your doctor. FIrst off, this site isn't for someone under the age of 18. You can try sparkteens.

    However, you don't need to lose weight. You are a healthy weight and at only 15 you need to ensure you are getting proper nutrients since you are still growing.

    You need to speak with your doctor or a nurse/guidance counsellor at school. You don't want to develop unhealthy eating habits that will affect you in years to come.
