Today is my 3rd day with mfp! I finally quit smoking and I've been smoke free for almost a month. I decided that I should accomplish another goal, to become healthy and lose weight! I am super excited and motivated. The first day I logged my calories and exercise I was high but I am learning very quickly. I'm so glad I found this site. I have a lot to lose!! I have a question, If you are really overweight does the weight fall off faster than 1-2 pounds a week?
