Hi,

I recently started using this app. I started with the Jump Start yesterday. It was a challenging workout but the moves are easy to do; which really helps.

The workouts are similar to circuit training and I burn the same amount during this workout as with the circuit training - about 300 calories in 30 minutes (I have a heart rate monitor).

I recently learned that this workout is the best for weight loss for my body type; burn fat while building muscle.

I plan to do these as both my cardio and strength training workouts at least 3 days a week (would prefer 5). The beginner workouts do not have weights but you use your own body weight to help establish your strength in the beginning and learn the form.

I am wondering:
Can these workouts be done daily? (in the beginning before weights are added?)
Is there a recommended schedule out there to follow that can help as a guide to establish a routine?
Are there cardio only workouts? (I am only at 300 minutes and have only unlocked these workouts. Can't wait for the yoga workout at 780 mins)
