to work out or to not work out

Why is this even a question? I just got back from 6 weeks working at a field site in Africa. It was lots of hot and hard work and I had the unexpected effect of shedding a couple of ounces in the process. I'm feeling jet lag pretty bad even though I slept through the night so I'm wondering if I should chill out (it's day two of being home) or power through. Thoughts?

Maybe just go for a walk outside. A walk will burn calories but not put too much extra pressure on your body. Plus the sun will help your jet lag. The sun or light helps adjust your body clock. Theres no need to rush into it before you're ready

Yoga helps too. Laying on the floor with legs up on the chair and/or Legs up the wall are supposed to help with jet lag.
