Asylum Volume 1 and 2

Hey all!

I'm starting a Asylum accountability group which is set to begin Dec. 10th. This group is for anyone who currently has or will be purchasing the 30-day Asylum program to get fit at home. I am doing Asylum right now and it sure challenging and pushing me!! If you are looking to push yourself or challenge yourself, this is the program for you.
