Two ingredients, with no bananas?

People are posting two ingredient recipes on here for pancakes and cookies etc, but they all have banana in them.
Does anyone know anything similar without banana in it?

You can sub bananas with anything that has a similar texture (ie sweet potatoes), but nothing will work quite as well without a little help. The reason bananas are used for so many two-ingredient recipes is because of their tendency to act like a batter when mashed.0

I use egg whites mixed with pumpkin to make pancakes. I found they turn out best with cocoa powder added. I use liquid eggwhites and do a 1:1 ratio of pumpkin and egg whites I usually add cinnamon and Stevia0
