If you could choose your ultimate three course meal, regardless of cost or calories, what would it be?

Well, seeing that no-one else is responding, I'll just say that I don't think my stomach has the capacity for what I'd like to eat in these circumstances!
Lots of little appetisers: olives, wontons,Sashimi, gherkins, samosas, gyoza, falafel with dipping sauces
Some seafood - lobster
Some meat - fillet steak
Interesting sauces/dressings, perhaps classic French with one main and and Japanese with the other.
Lightly steamed greens with one, very fresh salad leaves with the other.
Perfectly cooked rice with the lobster, crispy roast potatoes with the beef
Chocolate fondant pudding or a chocolate souffle - just a taster.
Cheeseboard - at least 8 different cheeses with oatcakes, tablewater biscuits, a sliced apple and some grapes.
Homemade bread on the side.

Not sure if this qualifies for 3 courses but here is mine:
Potato skins with lots of cheese bacon and sour cream
Ruth Chris steak with garlic mashed potatoes and corn on the cob with lots of butter and salt
Red velvet cake
