Shoe size getting smaller

I am now swimming in my 7 wide shoes. I haven't actually had the nerve to try on regular width shoes, but I have a feeling that one brave day, they will fit. What a delight that will be. I can't tell you how many cute shoes that I could only wistfully admire. Oh, the possibilities!

if you're getting workout shoes, i'd try kids foot locker! same shoes, but they're like $30-40 cheaper & easier to find smaller sizes in!

Oh! U just spoke my mind, all my life I've had issues wit my shoe size. Am 5"8 and wears a size 12 or 13 wide ( that's bigggg), I can give anything to lose some shoe sizes, I se beautiful shoes everyday but can't wear the cos I've got big feet and when I get a cute one I have to pay double.
Part of the reason why am losing weight is so I can reduce my feet, lolzzzz but it's worth it for me. Wish I wore even a size 9.

That's great to hear! Not sure why, but my feet have grown about a half size after losing 50 pounds.

This scares me - I avoided buying clothes the last 2 years and bought shoes/sneakers/boots/sandals instead and have more than I every had in my entire life. I never thought of my shoe size going down.

dear god i wish my feet would get smaller i have been wearing adult shoes since the 4th grade...
  • I hope my shoe size goes down. All my life I had worn a size 9 1/2 or 10 but after my last pregnancy I have had a hard time fitting in some of my size 10's and forget about the size 9 1/2's!

My feet have gotten smaller also. I was an 8-8 1/2 wide & I tried on some boots of my moms the other day that were 7's & they fit. This is also the first year I've been able to get my big calves to fit in tall boots. My fingers are also smaller. I had a really cute ring & I tried to wear it the other night, TOO BIG!

I just asked my trainer about this the other day! I didn't know what to think when I couldn't get my shoes tight enought to work out in! And like someone else said, my fingers now have definition instead of being fat little sausages. There is something new to marvel at every day!

Mine have too! The other day I was trying on potential new work shoes...had to go down 2 sizes from what I'm used to....felt like an idiot when I said "I'm a size 6" :noway:
