ATM my routine is :
MON-Les Mills Sh'bam
TUES-Rest
WED-Les Mills Pump
THUR-Les Mills Attack
FRI-Les Mills Combat
SAT- Les Mills Pump followed by Les Mills Attack
SUN-Rest

I'm just feeling so sore by Sunday...will this stop once I'm fitter??
