GIDDINESS

I have been suffering from giddiness after i wake up in the morning.. I have my breakfast which usually consists of oats, skim milk , almonds and a fruit... then I go to gym .. . But this giddiness hinder me from doing my exercise completely in more effective manner.... I have increase my calorie to around 1700. ... by concentrating more in protein macro... but that giddiness is not leaving .... what to do anyone any advice

    Do you mean dizziness (head spins, vertigo, feeling weak)? I guess check with a doctor, but also try eating more in the morning, and give your body time to process it. Maybe you're still not eating enough for your activity.

    she must mean dizziness. and yeah, if it's persistent it's something i would see a doctor about. specifically i'd want my blood pressure and glucose levels checked, but i'd describe the symptoms and let the doctor order whatever he/she saw fit

    I have done all the required medical test and the reports are normal..... the giddiness is light continuous one...

    I get like that throughout the day if I have had to much caffine or other energy stuff.

    I do not ha've caffeine or energy drink

    Have you had a cold recently? Any chance you might have an inner ear infection that might have been missed?

    Alternatively (I hope this isn't the case!), have you taken a knock to the head in the past year or so?

    no ear infection... got it tested by the doctor......

    If she's already experiencing dizziness I wouldn't suggest supps. No telling where she will end up
