Combining diff. workouts?...

Hi,
I've just got back into working out. Been doing JM 30 DS for about 2 months now, along with other cardio workouts (such as zumba, Turbo Jam and others...). I don't have that much fat to lose - about 10-20 pounds..

I want to start ChaLean Extreme next week, along with extra cardio (Turbo Jam/ others). The thing is I also want to incorporate other JM program. I love this woman and her workouts. But since CE is all about lifting heavy, I'm wondering how it'll be with JM's low weights-high reps... ?
I like to workout at least 1.5 hours 5 days a week, so it's not about time limit..
What do you think? is it ok to combine the two, without "hurting" the muscle growth?

    Could you not adapt JM programme- less reps and heavier weights.
