new to the gym

Are there some good websites that can help me come up with a targeted plan for what to do when I'm at the gym?
To explain: I'm decently fit and active, I usually work out three days a week, but I take classes (circuit training, vinyasa yoga, cardio kickboxing, etc) or jog almost exclusively. Put me in front of gym equipment and I have no idea what to do with myself. Now I have access to a gym and I'd like to take advantage of the equipment from time to time, but I need to go in with a plan or I know it will get me nowhere. I know people usually consult a trainer for this kind of thing but if there's an online tool that can help me out I'd like to give that a try first.
