Hello, I have to lose 25-30 pounds and currently walked a very large dog for 30 minutes each day. I am open to hearing of suggestions of activities you have tried and are finding successful in helping you lose weight. Thanks for sharing.

I would suggest walking and yoga or pilates. I like to take walk breaks for 10-20 minutes at work or if I have my lunch hour for myself. I wear a Nike Fuel Band and keep up with my activity that way. Others wear a pedometer, HRM or fitbit.
I do 10-20 minutes of yoga or Barre 3 every morning. It really sets the "tone" of fitness to start my day.
A lot people find weight lifting a great path to overall fitness and weight loss... I use very light weights with Barre 3.
My sister loves her stair master and elliptical.0 -
I'd be more interested in what exercises YOU think you should try. We can give you 1000's of suggestions, but if you're not interested or capable its a waste of time. Surely you've seen or heard some things that have piqued your interest. Share those with us and we will share our experiences with them to you.0
