Bulking

I've never purposely did a bulking phase while lifting, I've always tried to lose weight at the same time, as I've always needed to lose a lot of weight, Well I am pretty close to where I want to be, but want to gain more muscle as well as strength. So for the next few weeks I'm planning on going pretty heavy with my lifting, so want to do this right, and add enough calories so I can see some major progress.

So any tips to achieve this. At the moment I'm 225lbs, sure still a little soft around the midsection, but overall in good health, I'll be cutting after so, not to worried about adding a few lbs back on :)

    Good luck with this!! Remember to vary you caloric intake to match your lifting days, don't go as crazy on recovery days.

    What, if anything, are you using for supplements to help you bulk?
