Been using the android app for a while so thought I'd get onto the actual website and see if that makes me stick at it better! I'm good for a week or so then get sloppy and as I work split shifts it's a blooming nightmare to eat properly. I need to make more time and get my finger out!

I work Gravy yard. It is harder on a wierd daily schedule but over time it can be done. Just make sure to log EVERYTHING. Add me if you want but i am affraid i can't help you with your finger. :laugh:0
