Thanksgiving week- I'm SHOCKED!

First off, I am in maintenance, not trying to lose, but trying hard to maintain and not gain. I just returned from being out of town for a week. I did not go to the gym at all as I usually do. I did do a fair amount of walking. I did not log my food, and I feel that I definitely ate a bit more than usual, especially nuts! I came home and weighed myself this AM and lost about a pound and a half! I'm thinking it was my muscles releasing water or something, as I usually work out every day. Opinions? Regardless, I'm happy!

    Awesome! Looks like you've really learned how to maintain. A 1.5lb difference could be anything, really, so see if you remain stable over the next few days.

    thanks..even if I'm back up 2 pounds or so tomorrow I'll still be happy! just did not want to come home heavier!
