Need some support, motivation, and encouragement....

I just returned from my Wedding Moon in Antigua (yes, a recent bride),:heart: and from the results of today's weigh-in, I need a plan, and quickly! My issues have always been around lack of excercising, skipping meals during the day, and eating a heavy meal in the evening and no consistency on following a low-calorie plan. My metabolism is at an all time low, and I really need to lose weight. I appreciate your support, motivation, and encouragement as I start this journey again today.

P.S. This recently married lady wants to lose weight and get fit and firm! I'm turning 45 years old in Feb., and I want to feel good about it when it comes. :drinker:
