New guy to the forums but not the MFP Ap

Hello everyone. I was playing around with MFP ap today and found these forums and thought I would introduce myself. I've been using this program for about 3 months along with map my fitness. At first I found that I was logging all my foods the activities but now just log every couple days or I use the MFP to enter what I want to eat to figure out how much exercise I would need on a certain day. Since starting my program I have managed to lose 36 lbs by changing my diet and working out 5-6 days a week.
