Love FitnessBlender workouts on Youtube!

So I'm a very techy person with not a whole lot of money. I wanted to find exercise cardio routines to do at home and ended up finding FitnessBlender on you tube. They have amazing workouts and a great website that breaks the whole routine for you and the calories burned. http://www.youtube.com/user/FitnessBlender <
if you want to check it out for yourself! They have a wide range of workouts from under 10 min workouts up to full length 60 min+ and a lot of workouts that DO NOT require any equipment!

    Haha! I would love to! I'm looking at only doing the 10 min workouts, but doing them 3 separate times throughout the day. Might work better for me then trying to take a stab at a whole 30 min workout!

    I went to the fitness blender website and I signed up for free on there. They have a ton of workout videos and it is all free. =) Thanks for the tip!!

    So ladies I started the fitness blend workouts tonight. I did the 15 minute total body boot camp and it is pretty kick butt. I will be doing a few more throughout my night shift. Pretty excited about it. Thank you so much for showing me this website!!

    Not sure if you guys are checking this anymore but the No squat butt and thigh workout is tough...I am sure it will be worth it in the long run but OMG it hurt!!!

    have you seen their book for the 8 week "workout program" involving their videos? wife and i are starting it tomorrow!

    I Just started their 8 week fat loss program today. i love their videos, add me as a friend if you want to follow along and do the 8 week program too. jodfie are you still sticking with it

    Hey there. I have just discovered fitness blender. I was going to buy another DVD then stumbled upon these guys. They have so many workouts and I love them. I have saved the ones I really like in my YouTube playlist.

    Hey,I have been doing their workouts for the past month and a half and love the variety that they have because I have workout a.d.d and can't do the same workouts without getting crazy bored. :P

    What does the 8 week plan consist of? Do they just lay out the workouts so you are hitting each body part every week? Or is it more like a food plan because if that is the case I'll just pass on it but I would love something more structured so I'm not just winging the workouts. :-)

    I've been doing the HIIT portion of their two 1000 calorie workouts over the last month and I LOVE them! I'm looking forward to trying others they have.
