Customizing desired calorie intake?

Hi guys,
I've been working out for months now. I feel stronger and my endurance is way up despite the fact that I still smoke lightly (I know, bad juju) but the weight loss is slow. However, I'm 5'2 and a half inches tall and weigh about 145 and MFP is saying I should only consume 1300 calories. Not only does that seem low given my muscle mass, but I doubt I could do it. My body is used to eating a lot, and I have a hard time keeping it below 2000 (before I started keeping track, I was eating a LOT more than that probably.) My question is basically, is there a place to put in body measurements that will help calculate my daily calories on more than just my height, weight, and "activity level" (which is "toddler-mom-frantic" )

You didn't give your age, so I just plugged in the age of 30. (Just a guess since you said you have a toddler. If you were thirty, then your BMR would be 1436. Even if you were middle-aged though, your calorie goal of 1300 would still be under your BMR. It sounds like your instinct is correct. You should calculate your BMR and raise your calorie goal based on that.0

Thanks! Good guess, too. I'm 31! Now does MFP have a BMR calculator or should I just search the web?0

This is the MFP calculator:

There are others as well. They use different formulas.0 -
I've included 3 common formulas here: Save file to computer and enter data the yellow cells. Leave bodyfat at zero unless known.
