Hi All,
I just finished my recovery week and went to do the fit test today and my knee was KILLING me!!!! it has never bothered me before. I know my form is good and I tried to stretch it etc today. But I don't want to start the first Month 2 workout in this much pain.
Any suggestions on what may have happened? Has anyone else experienced this?!?!
Thanks!

Same thing here! I was fine the first month and during recovery week. During the beginning of week 1 of month 2, knee pain. I switched my shoes and that seemed to help. I finish this coming Saturday. My knee bugs me every now and then, but when it does, I modify. Not sure what happened because it only bugs me with Insanity. Hope you feel better!0

I just took two weeks off because my knee was hurting quite a bit. And I had a pinched nerve in my back. It is feeling better and I am restarting the fourth week before I hit the second month cuz it's crazy!!!!0

I experienced knee pain too. I actually found that the longer I did it the better it got. I think the muscles around my knees strengthened and it help a lot.0

Any type of high impact workouts will cause knee pain. When we are young, we are more resilient and don't consider the damage we do to our knees/other joints. However, the more you do this in your youth, the more you will regret it in your later years. Just sayin'.0
