Hello...and other stuff

Hi everyone. My name is Rikki. I'm 27 years old and I am new to MFP. I have between 60-70 lbs to lose and my biggest challenge is eating healthier and portion control. I'm actually a very picker eater so that makes it a little harder...I don't eat pork or seafood, so there is a lot of repetition in my menus. I am on and off with my workouts, but my best friend is my biggest source of motivation as she is on this journey with me. I am recently diagnosed with lupus, but my only symptoms at this point are extreme tiredness and a SLIGHT pain/discomfort in my right knee and ankle, which I don't let interfere with my workouts. I'm happy to finally be making progress towards my goals, and I am always open to advice/tips. Thanks!!
