Hello 
I know in the past there have been threads reaching out for support from the Asian community on our weight loss/fitness journey, and there often doesn't seem to be as many of us as I'm sure there are... anyway, I thought it would be cool to have a blog compiling inspirational progress photos and before&afters from Asian members of the weight loss community!
