5K Race

Hey, So I'm competing in a 5K race in 3 weeks! I'm kinda freaked out because I haven't been training at all for it. So I have 3 weeks to prepare. Do any runners have any good advice? Any breathing techniques. Tips on pacing myself? And any tips on how to increase my speed and endurance?

i suggest you work on your endurance first. if you start too fast too soon you run the risk of injuring yourself and burning out before the race ends and having to walk it. slow and steady is the way to go if you only have 3 weeks to train and remember there's no shame in having to walk some of it.0
