Hello everyone!
I'm ready to start a new beginning!
be free to ask me for support guidance and exchange positive energy
Those with great healthy diets add along! I love to have different options for my healthy lifestyle
I'm planning on consuming 1100-1200 calories daily.
My routine will consist of morning cardio before work (insanity;p90x)
After work; a mini gym sesh of thirty min.
And after school a light snack/workout.
My goal is keeping this routine consistent for the next 3 months.

    Added. :) Insanity AND P90X hybrid? Wow, that's intense. I'm just doing the Power 90 Master Series, lol. Then I'll do P90X.

    don't workout to hard and i would personally recommend 1500-1700 calories. good luck :)

    your calories are WAY too low for the workload. up your caloriesto about 1600, and you'll see even better results, i promise you that :)
