Does any one know if it is common to gain weight when a person first starts to exercise? I started 2 weeks ago doing cardio and weight training and have gained 4 pounds. I haven't really changed my diet. What am I doing wrong?

I know sometimes people end up with water weight from doing weight training, as the muscles repair themselves. Keep up with what you're doing, but drink more water and make sure you're getting the nutrients (and protein) your muscles need to repair themselves. Others might be better with the advice...0
