My name's Giancarlo.

I found this site from the app myfitnesspal. I have been really impressed with the app. I did calarie king and made my ideal weight and even maintained for 2 years. Went through some major life changes and stressed eated.

I do run, but anyone who has ran to lose weight, discovered it's not that simple. After Thanksgiving and a couple of bad 5Ks I determined it was time to get serious so today marks day 1. This time I even took a picture of myself at 189 to loom over me.

I know it can be done, I've done it before. This time I want to do it and stay there...for good.
