Good Evening!

My name is Melynda, I'm 43 and from the Seattle area. I'm happily married with 2 - 21 year old daughters and a beautiful Service Dog who is a black lab named Doc "The Wonder Dog".

I work full time and am working on starting a non-profit called Heel Your Soul (www.heelyoursoul.com). I have struggled with my weight my whole life. One of my favorite people (someone who I consider a 3rd daughter) has lost 12 pounds recently and I'm so proud of her. She told me of this website and said it was a great motivator. So, here I am.

I am going to do this in combo with the a Metabolic Research Center. http://www.emetabolic.com/ I look forward to having online friendship support as fitness will be difficult for me.
