Hello everyone

So, I actually started my diet about 2 weeks ago & I decided to come work on it here to help keep me motivated & I wanted to make sure I'm being healthy about it. I used to weigh between 120 - 125 pounds when I was a teenager, but when I turned 18 I started gaining weight & got up to almost 170 pounds. I went on a diet &started working out everyday & after about a year and a half I got down to 122 pounds. I ended up getting pregnant when I was 22 though & gained the normal amount of weight for my pregnancy but 2 months later, I got pregnant again! I got pretty overweight during that second one & after my second baby was born I just continued gaining more weight. It's a year later now & I got up to 183 pounds. My boyfriend proposed to me about a month ago & I want to be the size I was before we had kids again for both him & myself.

I started dieting again about 2 weeks ago & so far I've lost 7 pounds. I'm feeling pretty confident since I was able to do it successfully once before.

Oh, I also didn't just make this account now, I created it about 6 months ago, when a friend told me about it but never bothered doing anything with it & wasn't even working at losing weight at the time. I just happened to remember it today & since I am working at losing weight now, I decided to come back & use my account. :)
