Hi all :)

I have come back to myfitnesspal to refocus and be mindful of what I'm eating and of course to lose weight.

I recently lost 5kg due to the old Break Up Diet..some people eat after I break up I couldn't and lost my appetite completely and the weight started to come off. But that meant having no energy to do anything and being exhausted all the time.

Now I'm focussed on exercise and drinking more water... and actually eating enough each day and the right foods so I have energy to exercise.

I have 6kg I would like to lose. Have discussed with workmates myfitness pal and they have lost up to 19kg using it.. WOW!
