Turbo!

So I have done two days of the "prep schedual" so far. Day three is tomorrow. Who else is thinking about doing, is doing, has done, or just loves turbo and has support to offer. I am starting at 155 lbs, I'm 5 ft 3, and this is my first workout program. Here goes nothing :drinker: :drinker:

    For some reason I didn't read that page with the prep schedule on it so I jumped right in. However, it never felt hard for me since I love Chalene Johnson as an instructor since I had done Turbo Jam and who doesn't like music with their workouts? I have done about 2 full rounds, started the third but ending up changing my workout because I was plateauing. I always come back to it because I miss it. LOL Enjoy! If you have any questions just holler. I am not good at checking back at the forums.

    Turbo as in Turbofire? I did the 20 weeks and loved it. Great results. Stick with it!! You feel amazing after its all over.

    Loving Turbo. I'm on Day 7 of TF/CLX hybrid another gal and I put together. Feeling great after the first week! Absolutely excited for my results. Feel free to add me if you'd like to join us.
  • I go to Turbokick classes 2-3 times per week. Love it! One of my sisters has Turbofire and she said she likes it. I think the music is a big part of what makes Chalene's programs so much fun. I like how much core work you get out them when done properly.
