Nearly there after 1 year

After reading all these success stories over the past year, I thought maybe it was time I shared mine.

Although not yet at goal I am getting very close. This has been a hard journey and I have transformed the way I see food and have embraced the word exercising. I love it, the gym is like a second home.

I started at 239lbs and I am currently 154lbs. I always thought I would stop when I hit 160lbs but now that I am there I realise how much one can do with their body and enjoy seeing the changes and gaining body strength.

Here are my pics (hopefully this will work)

This is me just over a year ago at around 230lbs

I am now looking forward to getting the body I never thought I would have.
