I am having difficulty getting accurate nutrition information on Indian food -- Especially the Gujrati food my wife makes, like - "Sambharia Subji, Pudlas, Theplas, and so on.

Any ideas?

I used to have lots of whole eggs and have made huge savings by shifting to egg whites. I am a foodie, detest any form of diet, but have had to get onto Calorie counting as my Glycocylated Hemoglobin levels have been creeping up from 6.3 to 8.8 over the past few months

My Diabetes is the result of an uncontrolled Hypothyroid issue (now controlled by a change of medicine brand) that saw me bloat from a steady 77 Kg to a high of 110 Kg

This site states it has caloric / nutrition information - you might be able to find what you are looking for here. I hope it helps. Good luck on your journey.

If you know the ingredients she uses, you caan enter them into this website, which will then calcualte the number of calories per serving. I use this for my onw homemade dishes as well.
