Which exercise today?

I do HEAVY lifting 2-3 days a week. Yesterday was one of those days, and I am deliciously sore. I'd rather do somthing at home than go back to the gym, but I want to do some sort of exercise. Here are the options that I am considering for today:

30 day shred - this might not be good, because my muscles need to recover

Zumba video - Is this really worth my time?

HIIT - If I pick this option do my exercises have to be the same at each interval? Could I do jumping jacks, then rest, then punches, rest, butt kicks, rest, etc?

I also have Tae Bo but don't like it, kickbox fastfix which is too fast and confusing, and banish fat boost metabolism which I haven't tried.
