    @vm- thanks for the suggestion! i will check for a food scale on my next shopping trip (end of this week). i've been measuring *somewhat* but not everything. for fruit i'll do a handful. i use liquid eggs in the morning for breakfast and i'll measure out half a cup...but yes, i'll definitely be looking for a food scale!

    btw I WANT IT BAD!!! LoL
