Hi hi! Does anyone know the calories burnt from Poi Spinning? I know it depends on your activity level while dancing but can anyone help with how to log the exercise? Thanks!

I've done poi for a number of years but for fun not for fitness. It is probably quite good for exercising your arms but it is fairly low intensity in my experience. And the better you get the more 'easy' it should become and look.
Personally I've never logged it but if you wanted to it might be something like 200 cals per hour.0 -
^ Agreed, it is fairly low intensity. The weight of the poi is pretty light and there isn't normally any impact from jumping or footwork. I know I can break a light sweat after a while and sometimes my muscles feel the work if I've been repeating a new move, but generally, low intensity dance should cover it.0

Thank you! Really appreciate your comments.
Well started a few moves yesterday and yeah low impact for sure. But still loads of fun!0
