Opposite of weekend warrior.

Hi

So Im working out 6 days a week, eat pretty on target for the whole week give or take a bit. BUT when Friday night hits BAM Im having wine, extra butter popcorn, going out for dinner .. and this kind of carry's on until Monday morning again. Im never going to get ahead like this.

Any tips to keep things in moderation on the weekend when booze and eating bad comes into play?
