You have to want it badly enough to just do it. You either want it enough to manage vacations, relatives, life challenges, etc. or you don't. For me, I have to scrupulously log every bite that I eat, plan ahead, and make this my priority. I make that decision every day. I have a photo on my refrigerator door to remind myself why I make this decision anew every day. Sure, it's nice to have supporters, but ultimately, it's my decision.

I am struggling with staying on the MFP wagon too. This journey is definitely one of the hardest I've ever been on. Anyone can feel free to add me and we can help keep each other strong :)

I'm wondering that if people are finding this so hard, they might need to reexamine their food and exercise plan. I am eating much more tasty and satisfying food than I was before and I've planned a lifestyle I can maintain. If it were otherwise, I wouldn't be able to keep it up.

Add me for extra support! You can only motivate yourself so much but having others in your corner is def something that can help push you that little bit you need :-)

It went the same way for me for over six months, then life changed and got in the way. We might have the best of intentions, but it can get hard, and for most people I think it WILL get hard at some point. The most important thing is to keep on trying, I suppose. As you said, reexamine your plan, and keep plodding forward.
