    Varies, of course, but on average (for a 1650 goal):

    Breakfast=400
    Lunch=400-550
    Dinner=500-650
    Snack/dessert (if I have one)=200

    Roughly 300 each for breakfast and lunch, 100 each for morn and afternoon snacks, and about 500 for dinner.

    ^This (sometimes a little extra for afternoon if I skip my morning snack and sometimes I will have an after dinner snack 150-200 calories).

    During the week:
    Breakfast - 350
    Mid morning snack - 100-150
    Lunch - 300-350
    Afternoon snack - 100-150
    Dinner - 550-650
    Evening Snack - 350
    At the weekends I tend to have a bigger breakfast and lunch, and less snacks.

    Lunch: 600-800
    Supper 700-900
    Snacks: 500-900

    Doing IF and do not have first meal till after 12PM and I am done eating by 8PM. Trying to get in 2200 calories a day, but am still adapting to this new way of eating so I am having trouble getting clear of 2,000 calories a day.
