I have had eight pregnancies and given birth to nine children...yes nine:) Four of my own and five as a surrogate for two family members. Anyway, since this last birth in July of this year, I cannot do my P90X workouts. With each pregnancy, I have had epiderals for the labour pain and wonder if this has caused the lower back pain I am experiencing every day now. I am also having lower back spasms, can't even yawn and stretch when I get up in the morning. My doctor has said to exercise but I cannot find any workout that I like as much as P90 to do and still not add more stress to my back. Can anyone recommend one that will strengthen my core muscles without having to work out for an hour every day. I don't mind slow progress as long as there is progress.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks in advance!
