Hello all from Atlantis!!
Just to let you know I have made 2 of 4 days here at the gym. Lots of walking tho but a few too many many mango daquaris! :drinker: :drinker: Sound like you are all doing great! I'll be back Tuesday and will check in then!! Have a great week !!0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I shoveled lots of SNOW and survived! Yes, it was a heck of a cardio! :happy:
What would I have done differently? Went back out and shoveled more - have more snow coming. :sad: (I want SPRING)

Congratulations! I've had a yoga tape for a year and I've never done it. The only exercise I like to do alone is walking... Good job!!0 -

If I make it under on calories its a good day!!! :blushing: As soon as I get that under control I will focus on the others. I am usually over on sugar - one piece of fruit and yogurt put me over. Sodium I am usually under on and protein is the least of my worries now :laugh:0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 50 minutes on the elliptical and didn't eat all my exercise calories. I wish it was like this everyday. I had a good breakfast - 2 waffles, 1T pbutter, 1t jelly... it kept me full. Tried it again today...
