Need to Focus why so Difficult?

Hi,

I am back to MFP. I was counting my daily carbs, proteins and fat intake each day and not jotting it down in MFP. Okay so now I am up 3 pounds and feel really dissappointed that I have more weight to lose now.

I was eating:

45g carb serving each main meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner = 3 carb choices, each carb choice is 15g. Snacks throughout the day = 1 morning = 15g carb, 1 afternoon = 15g carb and 2 after dinner = 30g carbs. I think it might have been too much carbs for me. A carb choice is any dairy, fruit or veggie. My fat choices were 2-3 per day @ 5g per serving and my proteins were 4-5 each day (this included cottage cheese) @ 7g per serving.

I know I have to keep plugging along and try and stay focused. I really want to lose the 23 excess pounds and I am scared sometimes that I won't be able to do it. I want to wear my nice clothes and feel good about myself and confident once again.

    I have recently found out that I need to document my daily information or I quickly lose focus. This past week was not so productive, due to the fact that I documented nothing. I feel it too. Just so you know you are not alone and there are a lot that have the some focus issues. We can do it!:flowerforyou:
