Last night, I made homemade pizza using store bought crust and burned it. So, I didn't quite get over my pizza craving. We had leftover veggies and I came up with the idea to use my thin crust bread that. It's simliar to pita bread but thin.
I used 1 serving of 100 calorie bread and topped it with sauce, pepperoni, cheese and veggies and it came under 300 calories.
I thought it was yummy and pretty satisfying so thought I would share with idea. The only thing I would do different is cut up my mushrooms smaller since the pizza is pretty small.

Delicious! Personal pizzas
I made roti for the curry I have for this week. Maybe I will get pizza ingredients and make one for myself on roti. Mix regular cheese with cottage cheese for extra protein.
