Put your mind to it and you will get the weight off. Don't give up when things get hard. It will eventually come off!

Alright Missy - the negative self-talk stops now. Yesterday is in the past and unless you know someone with a time machine - can't do anything about it.

Dust yourself off - today's another day, and batten down the hatches because it's going to remain a bumpy ride because we're all human and that's the way we were designed....fallible.

If I can lose 106 pounds, you can lose what you're looking to lose!

    You can do it!

Meh... YOU are not rubbish... the cigarettes were - look how they treated you!

Just think how much easier this will be, now that you don't have to schedule good eating and healthy exercise around your smoke breaks!

quitting smoking is probably the single most significant health related change you will make in your entire life.

I quit a bit more than two years ago and gained at least 30lbs, so for you to be at the same weight you were a year ago is a success in itself.

it took me two years before I felt like I was ready to start focusing on diet and weight.

give yourself the credit you deserve

All the moaning in the world won't get you back on track. If you stop it right now and start tracking again you could very soon be seeing the weight falling off. Do yourself a favour, get stuck in and don't let yourself give in to those thoughts.. They are rubbish, you are not. Come on, woman, get it together now! :-)

Oh and I forgot to add- putting cigarettes behind you is brilliant. Be pleased with yourself for doing it. I was a very heavy smoker at one time. Now I can't believe I ever did that. You've gotten rid of something really toxic from your life- celebrate by getting even healthier and happier. :-)

No you are not. Just jump back in and start again. That's what I have done.

I lost 22kgs in 2011, life happened, I lost my dad, my mum wasn't coping and I put me and my weight loss on the back burner. I gained back 10 kilo, so here I am again starting over.

    Jump back in!!
