Best quick and easy vegetarian proteins?

I'm lacto-ovo-pescitarian but too much soy or milk or beans upsets my stomach, and certain types of fish you're only supposed to eat a few times a week because of the mercury. I need quick and easy protein foods!

I like Costco's Wild Salmon burgers, Gardein chicken (which I can't find anymore), and sometimes I do some cottage cheese protein shakes, scrambled egg whites with cheese, and tuna, but I'd like some more options. Under 150 calories would be good, with as many grams of protein as possible.
