There are tons more of course but those are some of the classics that i really enjoy.0

Angels in America (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0318997/)
I watch it every year. It's 6 hours long, so brace yourself. It takes place in the mid-80s in NYC. The principal character is a man infected with AIDS who is visited by an Angel (Emma Thompson) who blames humans for chasing God away from heaven. It's a really good "thinking" movie. It's broken up into 1-hour chapters, so you have plenty of opportunity to take breaks.
It also stars:
Meryl Streep
Al Pacino
James Cromwell (Babe)
Mary-Louise Parker0 -
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Elf
The Grinch that Stole Christmas (Jim Carrey version)
Christmas Vacation
Bad Santa
Arthur Christmas
A Charlie Brown Christmas
And my all time favorite.....A Christmas Story (You're gonna shoot your eye out!!!)0 -
Elf . And Bad Santa .0

Christmas with the Cranks! And I love all the new movies on Hallmark!0
