MIO Drive+ Heart Rate Watch and Activity Monitor

I saw the above Monitor and I thought I'd read somewhere that MIO is a good brand. Anyone tried this monitor? What do you think about it?

    I've had it for over a month and have only gotten it to sync with MFP once. Tech support from both MFP and Mio claim to be working on this issue. So, I've kind of been guessing on how to apply the recorded data from Mio to MFP. It's been more than a little frustrating.
